Moët Hennessy seeks a Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager in Miami for hybrid travel retail role with $95K–$118K salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build Travel Retail Americas sales plans by SKU in APO using Commercial Channels input and integrate supply constraints when needed
- Provide sales forecasts in APO by SKU and location based on sourcing strategy, ensuring consensus between forecasts, financial targets, and Maison quotas
- Create accurate forecast models linked to each Travel Retail Americas channel and drive forecast accuracy, establishing corrective action plans when required
- Monitor and analyze Customer Sell-Out and Sell-In data and trends to inform monthly forecasting
- Define supply strategy and calculate SAP purchase orders to ensure optimal stock coverage
- Drive product transition organization and communication for vintage, label, and supply changes with the sales team
- Track local warehouse inbounds weekly and maintain visibility on Maison supply pipelines
- Prepare customer orders based on purchase order submissions and highlight sales push items in coordination with the sales team
- Analyze customer orders against year-to-go balances and landing projections, communicating supply chain challenges and product shortages
- Produce daily and weekly commercial sales reports linked to forecast projections
- Identify slow-moving and obsolete products and propose action plans to impact Travel Retail depreciation positively
- Coach, develop, and manage direct report(s) to drive performance, engagement, and achievement of individual and team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Accounting/Finance degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of business analytical experience in an Operations environment
- Proven experience in the U.S. wines and spirits industries preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making and translating analytics into actionable insights
- Demonstrated proactivity in leading process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative team player mindset
Skills
Experience
5+ years of business analytical experience in an Operations environment, preferably in the U.S. wines and spirits industries. Experience with demand planning systems, supply chain management, and cross-functional collaboration in a luxury goods or travel retail context is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Accounting/Finance degree preferred.
