Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own channel marketing activation plans aligned with consumer demand, brand positioning, and commercial objectives
- Develop channel strategy and produce regular tracking reports and performance analysis
- Execute brand campaigns and channel activations with flawless delivery and cross-functional coordination
- Evaluate campaign performance quantitatively and qualitatively to refine effectiveness of future initiatives
- Proactively identify and resolve performance issues; implement store-specific marketing support as needed
- Acquire and analyze channel intelligence through surveys, market visits, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with Sales Planning and Market Intelligence teams to design systems and processes for tracking activation effectiveness
- Develop team members' commercial acumen and communication capabilities
- Allocate projects and tasks to maximize team efficiency and impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wine and spirits marketing or related luxury channel marketing
- Strong understanding of the wine and spirits industry and on-trade market dynamics
- Demonstrated quantitative and financial management capabilities
- Brand Management expertise including positioning, media, PR, promotion, and merchandising
- Proven experience in business planning and activation planning with execution track record
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, or channel development within the wine and spirits industry or comparable luxury sector. Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel strategies, managing marketing activations, and achieving commercial objectives through consumer engagement and retail partnerships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
