Customer Marketing Manager at Moët Hennessy Hong Kong — develop BTL strategies and drive brand activation across Modern On-Trade and High Energy channels within LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BTL activations across Modern On-Trade and High Energy channels, including bars, nightclubs, casinos, and MOT outlets
- Create channel-specific sales plans and activation tools for each brand within the Moët Hennessy portfolio
- Manage POSM development, allocation, and tracking across all assigned channels
- Lead trade activation development responding to both marketing initiatives and sales requests
- Own customer activation strategy within agreed brand frameworks, accountable for channel ROI and commercial impact
- Create and implement all activations with excellence, ensuring brand compliance and luxury-in-trade standards
- Manage relationships with execution agencies to ensure highest delivery standards
- Conduct post-activation analysis tracking KPIs, ROI, and key learnings
- Foster cross-functional relationships with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to translate brand strategies into activation solutions
- Lead S&M meetings and S&OP meetings to drive cross-functional engagement
- Manage BTL A&P budget including trade activation, POSM, and merchandising allocations
- Implement A&P and FTT tracking methods to ensure budget adherence and optimize ROI
- Develop venue partnerships, menu placement programs, and premium brand experience initiatives
- Contribute to regional best practice sharing via the APAC Customer Marketing community
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management with focus on Modern On-Trade and High Energy channels
- Track record of successfully executing activations within assigned channel environments
- Strong commercial sense and demonstrated ability to identify and seize commercial opportunities
- Proficiency in planning, implementing, presenting, and negotiating
- Fluency in English with proficiency in local languages where applicable
- Passion or industry experience in wines and spirits, luxury brands, or premium FMCG
- Familiarity with brand marketing, product marketing, or key account management
- WSET certification or wine and spirits qualifications preferred
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI, Aspire, and ROI modeling

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management with demonstrated success in Modern On-Trade and High Energy channels. Proven track record of executing high-impact activations and managing marketing budgets with measurable commercial results.
