Moët Hennessy | Customer Marketing Manager, Hong Kong. Drive BTL activations across Modern On-Trade channels within luxury wines and spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute BTL activations across Modern On-Trade and High Energy channels, including bars, nightclubs, casinos, and specialty retail venues
  • Create channel-specific sales plans and activation tools for each brand portfolio, managing POSM development, allocation, and tracking
  • Lead trade activation development responding to both marketing initiatives and sales requests, with accountability for channel ROI and commercial impact
  • Manage outlet-level activation execution and Hit List management with focus on luxury-in-trade standards
  • Foster relationships with Sales teams and Brand Marketing to translate strategies into actionable activation solutions; participate in S&M and S&OP meetings
  • Create, implement, and execute activations with excellence, ensuring brand compliance and premium positioning
  • Develop venue partnerships, menu placement programs, staff training programs, and brand experiences for on-premise channels
  • Conduct post-activation analysis tracking KPIs, ROI, and key learnings; codify insights into playbooks for regional knowledge sharing
  • Manage BTL A&P budget including trade activation, merchandising, and creative assets; implement tracking methods to ensure budget adherence
  • Analyze activation spend and challenge expenditure to optimize ROI; conduct comprehensive reviews and provide recommendations for future strategies

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management with focus on Modern On-Trade and High Energy channels
  • Proven track record of successfully executing activations within assigned channel environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and seize commercial opportunities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, implementing, presenting, and negotiating
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) where applicable
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Aspire, or ROI modeling
  • WSET certification or equivalent wine and spirits qualifications preferred
  • Experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or key account management valued
