Moët Hennessy seeks a Customer Marketing Manager in Hong Kong SAR to lead BTL activations and channel marketing for wines & spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement BTL customer marketing strategies and activation calendars across On‑Trade and Off‑Trade channels, aligned with brand objectives.
  • Translate brand platforms into channel‑specific sales plans, activation tools and outlet‑level programs (HORECA, bars, hotels, nightclubs, casinos, MOT).
  • Manage development, allocation and on‑going tracking of POSM and creative assets to ensure brand compliance and premium in‑trade standards.
  • Own relationships with execution agencies and trade partners, ensuring delivery quality and post‑activation excellence.
  • Set and track KPIs and ROI for activations; conduct post‑activation analysis and codify learnings into playbooks and regional best practices.
  • Manage BTL A&P budgets, implement A&P and FTT tracking methods, challenge spend and optimise commercial return.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Brand Marketing and Sales; drive engagement through S&M and S&OP forums.
  • Develop venue partnerships, menu placement programs, staff training and 'perfect serve' initiatives to enhance in‑venue brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing or category management within consumer goods.
  • Proven track record executing trade activations and delivering commercial impact across assigned channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, planning and negotiation skills, with experience managing budgets and ROI analysis.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) applicable to the market (e.g., Chinese) is advantageous.
  • WSET or other wine & spirits qualifications preferred; prior experience in wines & spirits or luxury brands is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years (typically 5–7 years) of progressive experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing or category management within consumer industries, with demonstrable success in channel activations and budget management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced or industry‑specific qualifications (MBA, WSET) preferred.
