Moët Hennessy Diageo seeks Customer Marketing Executive in Hong Kong to lead commercial data analytics and trade marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Customer Marketing in formulating annual commercial plans and business reviews by providing data-backed forecasting, historical performance analysis, and trend projections
- Build, manage, and continuously upgrade commercial dashboards to provide regular, clear visibility into sales trends, channel KPIs, and brand performance
- Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis and perform comprehensive post-activity reviews to measure ROI and marketing spend efficiency
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the timely and complete execution of impactful trade and market activations
- Synthesize internal sales data with external market intelligence to monitor competitor movements, identify emerging consumer trends, and propose fact-based growth recommendations
- Translate data insights into real-world market actions by managing the end-to-end setup and practical execution of trade activations across sales channels
- Ensure on-the-ground trade execution (pricing, promotion, category management) aligns seamlessly with core brand strategies
- Oversee tactical tasks including POSM inventory tracking and distribution, agency coordination, in-store sampling setups, and promoter management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Marketing gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
- Industry experience in FMCG, Consumer, Hospitality, or Luxury Goods highly desirable
- Strong experience in SAP and other reporting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet modelling
- Strong project management and data analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability
