Moët Hennessy Customer Activation Manager role in Auckland, New Zealand. Lead premium brand activations across channels for luxury wine and spirits portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of strategic Big Bets and customer activation programs across on-premise, off-premise, and e-retail channels, ensuring premium and consistent brand representation aligned with global luxury standards
- Co-lead joint business planning with key customers to design and deliver mutually beneficial programs that generate commercial outcomes for Moët Hennessy, customers, and consumers
- Develop and implement bespoke activations, including digital components, that elevate the customer and consumer experience while delivering measurable results
- Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand activation assets and experiences that reflect luxury positioning
- Support the on-premise Everyday Fundamentals program by equipping and empowering the sales team to execute excellence year-round
- Track, analyse, and report on activation performance, providing ROI measurement and insights to inform future strategy and planning
- Manage activation budgets with discipline and financial governance, ensuring efficient allocation of advertising and promotional resources
- Partner with Australian brand teams to secure merchandise, creative assets, and campaign materials for the New Zealand market
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, customer activation, or trade marketing, ideally within FMCG, luxury, wine, or spirits sectors
- Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and strong understanding of shopper and channel dynamics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, agency relationships, and diverse stakeholders with precision and creative execution
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, with confidence in working with budgets and ROI metrics
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with ability to partner effectively across Sales and Key Accounts functions
- Alignment with core organisational values of curiosity, integrity, collaboration, and excellence

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, customer activation, or trade marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG, luxury goods, wine, or spirits industries. Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused activation programs and managing cross-functional initiatives.
