Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and maintenance of the annual CRM communication calendar for Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon.
  • Produce newsletter content (visuals and copy) in collaboration with internal creative and market teams, and ensure timely delivery to local markets.
  • Manage email campaigns end‑to‑end in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: build messages, conduct QA/testing, set up segmentation/targeting and schedule sends.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of consumer journeys (welcome, birthday, retention) and CRM plans linked to product launches.
  • Consolidate and coordinate CRM plans across key markets through regular calls and validation of locally developed newsletters.
  • Advise and support local teams on CRM activation and acquisition initiatives, and respond to ad‑hoc market requests (e.g., data‑collection forms).
  • Monitor and consolidate campaign performance across markets, analyse KPIs and recommend optimisations.
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve campaign KPIs and produce benchmark reports on CRM best practices and innovations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (business school or equivalent); seeking a gap‑year or end‑of‑studies internship.
  • Available to start July 2026 for a six‑month, full‑time, on‑site internship in Paris 7th arrondissement.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisation and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Autonomous, proactive and detail‑oriented.
  • Ideally at least six months' prior experience in digital marketing, preferably CRM; prior exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage.

Experience
