Moët Hennessy seeks experienced Credit & Risk Manager for Paris to manage €950M credit portfolio across 40+ entities and 130 countries. Hybrid role in French-speaking environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage credit risk portfolio at Group level reaching €950 million across 40+ entities and 130 countries
  • Handle Coface insurance contract management and renegotiation on a biennial basis for all insured entities
  • Optimize credit insurance coverage levels in collaboration with Coface or alternative risk mitigation providers
  • Manage and validate internal credit limits exceeding €1 million in coordination with the Moët Hennessy CFO
  • Provide support and resolution assistance to regional markets in the event of payment issues or credit disputes
  • Monitor and analyze Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics through annual target reviews, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis
  • Lead process harmonization initiatives and deploy new tools to enhance operational efficiency across the credit management community
  • Coordinate and train a community of approximately 50 full-time and part-time Credit Managers
  • Prepare and manage bank guarantees issued by Moët Hennessy SAS and Moët Hennessy International as requested by financial institutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of successful finance experience
  • Demonstrable expertise in credit risk management and treasury operations
  • Proficiency in credit insurance contract management
  • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, globally distributed environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or communities of practice
