Moët Hennessy seeks Credit & Risk Manager in Paris to oversee €950M credit exposure across 130 countries within LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Coface credit insurance contract negotiations, renewals, and coverage optimization across all insured entities
- Establish and validate internal credit limits exceeding €1 million in coordination with Group CFO
- Monitor and analyze Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics, including annual target reviews, forecasts, and monthly performance analysis
- Support business units and regional markets in resolution of payment issues and credit disputes
- Lead training programs, process harmonization initiatives, and deployment of tools for the credit management community
- Oversee preparation and administration of guarantees issued by Moët Hennessy SAS and MH International at the request of banking partners
- Animate and develop the community of 50 Credit Managers across full-time and partial-time roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance and credit management experience
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in credit risk assessment and contract management
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven aptitude for process improvement and change management in multicultural environments
- Experience with credit insurance products and banking relationships
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of successful finance experience with demonstrated expertise in credit risk management, preferably within a multinational luxury or FMCG environment. Background in treasury operations, credit insurance administration, and management of distributed credit teams is highly valued.
Education
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
