Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Communications and International Press teams in executing the communications plan for the Wines & Spirits portfolio.
  • Coordinate and follow up on media and market requests; act as a first point of contact for press enquiries.
  • Manage press listings and physical press stock (POSM, sample bottles, press kits) and oversee distribution logistics.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing editorial and press materials: press releases, press kits, e-mailings, press reviews and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain and update crisis-communication documents and related response materials.
  • Contribute to the creation and production of photo and video content for press and communications needs.
  • Provide operational support for events: tastings, institutional events, press trips, press lunches and media appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal expert teams (oenology, CSR/RSE, product teams) to ensure technical accuracy and brand alignment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (4th/5th year) from a recognised communications or media school.
  • At least one long-term internship in communications within the luxury sector.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French and strong written English.
  • Permis B (valid driving licence) required.
  • Organised, autonomous, responsive and comfortable working in a team; strong sense of responsibility.
  • Creative sensibility, aesthetic awareness and genuine interest in wine, lifestyle and sustainability commitments (RSE).

Experience
