Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital media strategy, execution and optimisation for full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and online video.
  • Oversee CRM and email marketing calendars, communications and monthly performance with brand managers and agency partners.
  • Plan, commission and manage digital asset and video production for social, eRetail and CRM, ensuring channel-specific optimisation.
  • Act as primary lead for external agencies across social, performance marketing, content, activations and email.
  • Project-manage campaign timelines and resources within the marketing operations platform to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing and eRetail partners to ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and omnichannel requirements.
  • Analyse social and CRM metrics, produce optimisation recommendations and support brand teams with consistent campaign reporting and benchmarks.
  • Maintain and share best-practice guidance on social, CRM and eRetail; curate an omni‑channel best-practice library for the region.

Qualifications

  • HSC completed; tertiary qualification (Bachelor's in Business or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum three years' proven eCommerce/digital marketing experience, ideally within premium or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies (social, performance, email, content and activations).
  • Proven ability to translate brand positioning into effective digital activations and audience strategies.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability with experience monitoring CRM metrics (open/click rates) and social conversion performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure with autonomy.
  • Professional command of English.
