Dom Pérignon seeks Content & Media Project Coordinator internship in Paris. Six-month role supporting creative campaigns and media strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the adaptation and localization of creative content across multiple markets, ensuring high-quality execution in compliance with brand guidelines and legal constraints
- Collaborate with regional markets to produce customized marketing materials for local activations including pop-up stores and events
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external creative partners
- Conduct creative benchmarking studies to inform future brand developments and strategic initiatives
- Support primary markets and media managers in executing media campaigns while maintaining alignment with global communication calendars
- Analyze media landscape trends including emerging formats, targeting opportunities, and new platforms
- Coordinate social media moderation protocols for media campaigns in partnership with external social media agencies
- Track ongoing campaign performance metrics in collaboration with internal and external experts
- Recommend proactive campaign optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports measuring overall impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in business administration or equivalent university-level qualification
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both written and oral (TOEIC score exceeding 800)
- Minimum six months of prior professional experience in a similar content or media project role (internship or apprenticeship)
- Background in production or communications agencies is advantageous
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensitivity with strong affinity for luxury brand environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and refined visual sensibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
Minimum six months of prior experience in a content production, project coordination, or media management role, preferably within an agency environment. Entry-level candidates with relevant internship or apprenticeship experience in similar functions are considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in business administration, marketing, communication, or equivalent university-level qualification.
