Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate adaptation of creative content for each market, ensuring high-quality execution across channels and compliance with legal constraints
  • Collaborate with regional teams to produce tailored marketing materials for local activations, pop-up stores, and events
  • Monitor project planning timelines and deliverables, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct creative benchmarking analysis to inform future campaign development
  • Support primary markets and media managers in implementing media campaigns while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Analyze media landscape trends, including emerging formats, targeting opportunities, and platforms
  • Coordinate social media moderation for media campaigns in partnership with the social media agency
  • Track performance of ongoing campaigns in coordination with internal and external experts
  • Proactively recommend campaign optimizations throughout execution
  • Produce detailed post-campaign reports measuring overall impact

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat +4/5 from a business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (TOEIC score above 800)
  • Prior internship or apprenticeship experience of at least six months in a similar role
  • Production agency or communications experience preferred
  • Strong aesthetic sensitivity with demonstrated affinity for the luxury sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
