Dom Pérignon & Moët & Chandon, Paris. Content & Media Project Coordinator Intern (6 months). Support creative content adaptation and media campaign execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the adaptation of creative content for each market, ensuring high-quality execution across channels and usage cases while accounting for legal constraints
  • Collaborate with regional markets to produce bespoke materials for local activations including pop-up stores and events
  • Monitor project planning to ensure timely delivery of outputs by coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct creative benchmarking exercises to inform future campaign development
  • Support primary markets and the media manager in implementing media campaigns while maintaining brand guidelines and integrated communication calendar alignment
  • Analyze the media landscape to identify emerging formats, targeting opportunities, and new platforms
  • Coordinate the setup and monitoring of social moderation for media campaigns in partnership with the Social Media agency
  • Track the performance of ongoing campaigns in coordination with internal and external experts
  • Proactively recommend campaign optimizations throughout the broadcast period
  • Produce detailed post-campaign assessments measuring overall impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university degree
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken, with TOEIC score above 800
  • Minimum six months of professional experience in a similar role through internship or apprenticeship
  • Experience in a production agency or communications firm (preferred)
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and genuine affinity with the luxury sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Autonomy, agility, and comfort in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational and rigor
