Dom Pérignon seeks a Content & Media Project Assistant intern in Paris for a six-month role in luxury Champagne marketing and campaign coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the adaptation of creative content for each market, ensuring high-quality execution across channels and compliance with legal constraints
  • Collaborate with market teams to produce localized materials for activations including pop-up stores and events
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables while coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct creative benchmarking analysis to inform future campaign development
  • Support primary markets and media managers in implementing media campaigns while maintaining brand guidelines compliance
  • Analyze media landscape trends including emerging formats, targeting opportunities, and novel platforms
  • Coordinate social media moderation setup and monitoring for media campaigns in partnership with social media agencies
  • Track the performance of ongoing campaigns in coordination with internal and external experts
  • Propose proactive campaign optimization recommendations throughout campaign execution
  • Produce detailed post-campaign reports measuring overall impact and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years of study from a business school or equivalent university-level qualification
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written (TOEIC score above 800)
  • Minimum six months of prior experience in a similar role (internship or apprenticeship)
  • Production agency or communications agency background preferred
  • Demonstrated aesthetic sensitivity and strong affinity with the luxury sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
