Moët Hennessy is seeking a Consumer and Market Insights Intern to support international brand health, activation testing, and brand strategy projects, analyzing consumer research, social listening, market insights, and trends. The six-month, full-time internship is based in Paris’s 7th arrondissement and includes a 75% public transport pass reimbursement and 50% contribution toward meal vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support international projects, including brand health trackers, brand activation development testing, and brand strategy projects.
  • Recommend appropriate research approaches and manage projects related to brand strategies and activations in collaboration with Insights teams in key markets.
  • Analyze data and trends from ad hoc qualitative and quantitative consumer studies, social listening, market insights, and trending topics to identify key learnings and future opportunities for Moët Hennessy brands, including Hennessy, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, and Glenmorangie.
  • Collaborate with a Global Consumer Insights Manager to develop business partnerships with the Maisons teams.
  • The Global Consumer & Insights Department represents the consumer voice, promotes consumer-centricity in strategic brand planning, equips Wines & Spirits marketing teams with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and consultancy, and identifies relevant, innovative research approaches for business questions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the wines and spirits industry and the luxury sector.
  • Six months of internship, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience, preferably in Consumer Insights or Marketing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from rich datasets.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • First experience conducting consumer research projects or using varied data sources to develop consumer understanding and insights is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; dashboard development experience is a plus.
