Moët Hennessy seeks a Consolidation and Financial Reporting Analyst in Epernay, France. LVMH Finance role supporting global consolidation and IFRS reporting with 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and record consolidation entries, including inter-company reconciliations and eliminations
- Process reporting schedules, disclosures, and reconciliations in accordance with Group requirements
- Support the financial close process, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Contribute to the integration of acquisitions, disposals, and structural changes within the consolidated scope
- Apply IFRS/GAAP standards consistently across all consolidation deliverables
- Contribute to internal control activities, ensuring audit readiness and process transparency
- Strengthen internal controls across consolidation deliverables to ensure data reliability
- Monitor compliance with Group accounting policies and escalate deviations as necessary
- Conduct detailed variance analyses, identify anomalies, document findings, and propose corrective actions
- Support managers and directors in preparing data for reporting schedules and presentations
- Collaborate with business units to resolve reporting issues while ensuring Group-wide consistency and alignment
- Work with peers to strengthen team learning and inter-entity collaboration
- Proactively develop technical expertise in consolidation processes, positioning the role as a strategic contributor within LVMH Finance
Qualifications
- University degree or Grande École with specialization in accounting/finance (BAC+5 minimum)
- DECF/DESCF accounting certification mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consolidation or financial reporting
- Fluent English required for liaison with subsidiary operations
- Advanced proficiency in IFRS standards and consolidation methodologies
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and audit processes

Education
University degree or accredited business school qualification (BAC+5) with specialization in accounting or finance; DECF/DESCF professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
