Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and record consolidation entries, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Process reporting packages, disclosure information, and reconciliations in compliance with Group requirements
- Support the financial closing process, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Contribute to integrating acquisitions, disposals, and structural changes into the consolidated scope
- Apply IFRS/GAAP standards consistently across all deliverables
- Contribute to internal control activities, ensuring audit readiness and process transparency
- Strengthen internal controls over consolidation deliverables to ensure data reliability
- Monitor compliance with Group accounting policies and report deviations as necessary
- Perform detailed variance analyses, identify anomalies, document findings, and propose corrective actions
- Support managers and directors in preparing data for reporting packages and presentations
- Collaborate with business units to resolve reporting issues while ensuring Group-wide consistency and alignment
- Work with peer teams to strengthen learning and inter-entity collaboration
- Proactively develop technical expertise in consolidation, positioning the role as a springboard within LVMH Finance
Qualifications
- University degree or Grande École diploma (BAC +5) with accounting/finance specialization
- DECF/DESCF accounting certification required
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting, consolidation, or financial reporting
- Fluent English essential for collaboration with international subsidiaries
- Strong command of IFRS/GAAP standards and consolidation methodologies
