Moët Hennessy — Shanghai: Compliance Intern. Support legal/compliance processing, due diligence and Concur expense workflows for the Global Compliance team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processing, logging and filing of legal and compliance documentation.
- Perform due diligence checks in global databases under the supervision of the Compliance Officer.
- Conduct legal and compliance research to support the MH Global Compliance team.
- Develop engaging training materials, including video content and supporting resources.
- Process expense reporting and payment applications using Concur.
- Support ad hoc compliance projects and team initiatives as assigned by the Global Compliance team.
Qualifications
- Senior undergraduate or master’s candidate in Law, Finance, or Accounting.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; French language skills are a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in retail/wholesale sectors, preferably within luxury goods or FMCG.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail and rapid learning agility.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or previous internships in legal, finance, compliance or related fields are advantageous.
Education
Senior-year undergraduate or master’s degree candidate in Law, Finance, or Accounting.
