Moët Hennessy seeks Communications Manager in Munich, Germany to lead PR strategy for luxury wines and spirits brands and drive earned media excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead communications strategy and PR agenda for Moët Hennessy Germany portfolio, collaborating with Maisons and local teams to drive brand desirability and commercial objectives
  • Develop and execute multi-channel integrated communications strategies that leverage lifestyle, daily, and special-interest press, as well as TV and radio for key activations
  • Own earned media planning and execution, managing press relations, distributing materials to media outlets, and tracking coverage to maximize editorial reach and share of voice against competitors
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key German press contacts, publishers, chief editors, and opinion leaders while leveraging global LVMH stakeholder networks
  • Design, develop, and implement immersive communication experiences including product launches, press events, exhibitions, and brand platforms to engage press and key opinion leaders
  • Define overarching communications priorities and co-develop PR strategy with the second Communications Manager, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
  • Monitor and analyze PR results, manage PR databases, and continuously optimize communications performance based on KPIs and market learnings
  • Train and educate the German marketing team on communications landscape trends and innovation while supporting internal communications across departments
  • Manage sponsorship and partnership activities, coordinate local brand initiatives, and amplify sustainability messaging through targeted communications plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business with a focus on Communications
  • Minimum 5 years of PR and media experience in a luxury company and/or PR agency in Germany
  • Strong network of contacts among German publishers, chief editors, and the lifestyle community
  • Proven experience in strategic communication planning and executing multi-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital and modern media landscape
  • Understanding of luxury brand positioning and Moët Hennessy brand portfolio
  • Experience in crafting events and luxury experiences for press and key opinion leaders
  • Evidence of ability to transfer strategy into actionable execution
