Moët Hennessy France seeks Communications Manager for integrated 360° campaigns, Levallois Perret. Luxury wines & spirits brand communications role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual integrated communication plans for assigned brand portfolio, encompassing PR, influence, events, partnerships, and digital activations
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with journalists, talent, key opinion leaders, influencers, partners, and industry prescriptors
  • Coordinate communication activation efforts with internal marketing teams, brand houses, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Oversee media strategy coordination across all Moët Hennessy brands in France, working with media agencies to optimize campaign execution and performance
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and performance reporting for all communication projects, measuring results and extracting strategic insights
  • Develop CRM and media strategies for brand portfolio in collaboration with the Communications Director
  • Ensure consistency of brand image and messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Monitor media landscape, platform trends, formats, and innovations to identify new brand opportunities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in 360° integrated communications, gained at brand level and/or agency
  • Proven expertise in integrated communication project management, particularly in PR, influence, events, and digital channels
  • Solid understanding of media strategy, paid media ecosystems, and KPI interpretation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Strong relationship-building and editorial capabilities

Experience

The candidate should ideally possess 4–6 years of communications experience in a 360° environment, acquired either at a brand (advertiser) or agency level, with preference for background in luxury goods, wines & spirits, fashion, beauty, or entertainment sectors. Direct media planning experience is considered an advantage.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent field.
