Moët Hennessy seeks Commercial Planning Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to manage Funds to Trade, contracts, and sales data analytics in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute efficiency analysis on outlet and channel FTT contracts and commercial conditions to rationalize spending and improve product mix margins
- Lead contract renewal reviews with the sales team and analyze top contracted outlets' performance by brands and channels
- Monitor monthly depletion and NSI performance against contractual targets, performing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions
- Ensure timely and accurate wholesaler depletion, replenishment, and reimbursement (R&R) submissions, auditing against sales invoices for data integrity
- Upload and monitor volume adjustments in MHD System and Vistex, maintaining accuracy and quality of system data
- Monitor ASPIRE SalesForce and Qliksense system activities, customize insightful reports, and guide users on system utilization
- Conduct periodic stock takes at wholesaler warehouses, plan reconciliations, and execute required action plans according to schedule
- Develop and maintain reporting templates, identify business improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Commercial Planning Specialist, Sales Analyst, or related role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid knowledge of P&L statements
- Demonstrated experience managing administrative and operational tasks in a commercial or supply chain environment
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in a professional business context

Experience
Minimum 3 years in a Commercial Planning Specialist, Sales Analyst, or equivalent role with proven expertise in contract analysis, wholesaler management, and commercial operations.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, finance, supply chain management, or related discipline is advantageous.
