Moët Hennessy London: Commercial Planning Intern supporting revenue growth, forecasting, and data analysis in a full-time 12-month role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial and sales teams across Direct & Indirect On-Trade, Route to Market, Retail, Private Sales, Corporate, Sponsorship, and Festival channels to support planning activities and processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for commercial investment creation and amendment requests, and assist in creating new customers in SAP and Aspire systems
- Review and challenge the accuracy of volume, price, investment, and forecast assumptions, including comprehensive price waterfall analysis
- Maintain monthly forecast accuracy and variance dashboards, and communicate performance trends and changes to relevant stakeholders
- Drive data collection, reporting, and analysis processes for stock and depletion management, including processing monthly data from wholesale customers
- Maintain Power BI data sources to ensure On-Trade dashboards remain accurate and current
- Consolidate data for key commercial reports and prepare timely, accurate reporting for internal stakeholders
- Produce analysis and insights for key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing teams, and support stakeholder training on relevant tools and reports
Qualifications
- Degree-level education in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous systems or data management experience in a commercial environment
- Understanding of P&L and value chain concepts
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Right to work in the United Kingdom

Experience
Entry-level or graduate candidate with beginner professional experience; previous systems or data management experience in a commercial environment is advantageous. An understanding of P&L and value chain concepts, combined with interest in the wines and spirits industry, would strengthen an application.
Education
Degree-level education, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
