Moët Hennessy — Paris: Commercial Performance & Operations Assistant (apprenticeship) supporting travel retail sales reporting, operations and marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs for the European travel retail market (sell‑out trackers, market share, project profitability) and produce regular reporting.
- Maintain and streamline performance dashboards (e.g., CPI trackers) to support commercial decision‑making and prepare presentation materials for sales reviews.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the sales network, including order follow‑up, stock verification and production quantity checks.
- Collect, validate and manage product data (SKU codes, EANs) used in commercial analyses and systems.
- Conduct ad‑hoc quantitative analyses to support sales initiatives and campaign performance measurement.
- Coordinate with service providers, training teams and brand ambassadors on the field to ensure execution of marketing and merchandising actions.
- Support the follow‑up of marketing campaigns, incentive programs, training plans, and assist with marketing budget tracking and invoicing processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (apprenticeship/alternance required).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrated aptitude for data manipulation and presentation.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI), ERP/reporting systems (SAP) or planning platforms (Anaplan) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to numerical detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross‑functional and field teams.
- Interest or initial experience in consumer goods, preferably within luxury or wine & spirits, is appreciated.
