Role & Responsibilities
- Convert voice recordings into written transcripts using approved AI speech-to-text tools
- Review and proofread AI-generated transcripts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Update historical visit reports for individual clients with validated meeting records
- Maintain consistent formatting and data quality across client records
- Archive completed reports and supporting documents in appropriate company systems
- Follow established naming conventions, filing procedures, and document retention guidelines
- Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies
- Flag missing, incomplete, or unclear information to supervisor when required
