Role & Responsibilities
- Convert voice recordings into written transcripts using approved AI speech-to-text tools
- Review, proofread, and correct AI-generated transcripts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Update historical client visit reports with validated meeting records and supporting documentation
- Maintain consistent formatting and data quality standards across all client records
- Archive completed reports and supporting documents in company systems following established procedures
- Apply correct naming conventions, filing procedures, and document retention guidelines
- Handle confidential information in strict accordance with company policies and protocols
- Flag missing, incomplete, or unclear information to the supervisor for resolution
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a university degree
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong administrative capabilities
- Comfortable working with documents, data management, and administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Willing to learn and actively use AI transcription tools
- Excellent written English and proofreading skills
- Reliable, accurate, and respectful of confidential information
