Moët Hennessy seeks Commercial Finance Manager in Madrid, Spain. Drive pricing strategy and revenue growth through financial analysis and cross-functional influence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive revenue analyses based on customer and market data, including on-trade depletions, off-trade sell-out data, Nielsen metrics, consumer pricing, and promotional impact assessments to maximize sustainable revenue and profit
- Develop financial models for pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and commercial investments; translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for business performance improvement
- Define and own the long-term pricing vision and roadmap for Moët Hennessy Iberia, anchoring recommendations on RSP monitoring and price elasticity analysis
- Design, maintain, and update customer P&Ls to optimize commercial investments by account; deliver investment efficiency through challenging commercial negotiations to maximize ROI
- Lead end-to-end FTT (Field Trade Terms) accuracy initiatives and pre-validate investment recommendations to management; ensure data reliability through continuous process and reporting improvements
- Contribute to strengthening analytical culture across Moët Hennessy Iberia by promoting fact-based decision-making and fostering consistent data usage in commercial and financial discussions
- Serve as the Moët Hennessy Iberia lead for the global Commercial Enablement community; share learnings and contribute to developing commercial finance capabilities across the maison
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management roles, or alternatively, 6 years of financial experience with strong commercial orientation
- Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency; demonstrated competency with Power BI and commercial simulation tools
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and Revenue Growth Management levers
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders within complex organizational structures
- Deep comprehension of customer profitability analysis and commercial investment performance assessment
- Experience with or strong sensitivity to data governance, data quality improvement, and performance management processes

Minimum 6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or commercial finance roles with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen. Prior experience in data governance and data quality improvement initiatives is advantageous.
