Role & Responsibilities

• Define and implement the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam, aligning cluster priorities with regional and global objectives.
• Translate brand and commercial ambitions into actionable supply chain plans, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Global Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including S&OE, to improve forecast accuracy and inventory health across ~1,500 SKUs and four warehouses.
• Oversee market replenishment, order fulfilment and logistics execution to ensure premium service levels and on-shelf availability across channels.
• Manage external logistics partners (3PLs, freight forwarders) and negotiate/monitor contractual performance to deliver continuous value and service reliability.
• Drive supply chain transformation through digitisation, automation and deployment of next‑gen technologies (AI, advanced analytics, end-to-end visibility).
• Balance customer service excellence with working-capital optimisation and cost-to-serve reduction across diverse product portfolios.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply risks, ensure customs, trade and regulatory compliance, and maintain robust business continuity and contingency plans.
• Establish governance, reporting and cross-market communication to ensure alignment, transparency and accountability across the cluster.
• Build and develop a high-performing, multicultural supply chain team; set direction, coach leaders and foster a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in regional or multi-market supply chain roles within FMCG, luxury or beverage industries.
• Proven record managing complex, multi-country operations across diverse regulatory and cultural contexts.
• Demonstrated experience in demand & supply planning, logistics operations, 3PL management and inventory optimisation.
• Track record of leading supply chain transformations, digitisation projects and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert operational insight into measurable business outcomes.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
