Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the South East Asia supply chain strategy, aligning regional execution with Moët Hennessy’s global standards while adapting to market-specific operational nuances.
- Own end-to-end demand and supply planning processes (S&OP / IBP), roll out Kynaxis and advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy for ~1,500 SKUs and four warehouses.
- Drive market replenishment, order fulfilment and logistics execution through governance of 3PLs, freight forwarders and customs partners to ensure premium service levels.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Global Supply Chain to translate commercial priorities into operational plans, optimise route-to-market and manage inventory health.
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives including digitisation, automation and AI adoption to enhance resilience, traceability and cost-to-serve efficiencies.
- Anticipate and mitigate supply risks, ensure compliance with customs, trade and safety regulations, and oversee operational audits and contingency planning.
- Build and develop a high-performing, multicultural cluster team; set direction, coach talent, and foster cross-market collaboration and ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in regional or multi-market supply chain roles within FMCG, luxury or beverage industries.
- Proven capability managing complex multi-country operations and third‑party logistics relationships across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
- Demonstrable track record of supply chain transformation, digitisation and sustainability programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory optimisation, cost-to-serve analysis and demand-supply balancing.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Korean or Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in regional or multi-market supply chain roles within FMCG, luxury or beverage industries, with proven success managing complex operations across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
