Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute all dishes according to established directives and reproduce recipes with fidelity under chef supervision
  • Guarantee product quality through systematic inspection of ingredients, raw materials, and equipment temperatures (fryers, refrigeration units)
  • Manage ingredient inventory in alignment with anticipated menus and execute inter-site deliveries as required
  • Participate in research and development initiatives, propose new recipes, and contribute to technical specification documents
  • Train, integrate, and mentor junior kitchen staff including commis and assistant station chefs
  • Present culinary philosophies and concepts to guests and clients when required
  • Maintain flexibility to occupy rotating station positions and adapt to dynamic staffing situations
  • Input procurement orders into dedicated management systems and ensure stock coordination

Qualifications

  • BEP (Brevet d'Études Professionnelles) in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
  • Professional Baccalaureate in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or high-level gastronomy establishment
  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
  • Mastery of HACCP food safety protocols
  • Knowledge of Champagne and fine wines from France and internationally
  • Proficiency in cooking and preservation techniques, including sous-vide
