Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of water meters in cellars and ensure proper capture of measurement data
- Develop dashboards to monitor water consumption for each cellar site
- Analyse consumption data to map usage by process and operational phase
- Identify high-consumption practices and production steps
- Propose improvement actions and implement plans in collaboration with cellar managers and field teams
- Evaluate the effects of implemented improvements and report findings to the oenology continuous improvement lead
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 programme (Engineering, Agri‑Agro engineering, Oenology, Master or equivalent)
- Knowledge of oenology and unit operations/process engineering
- Strong analytical rigour, synthesis skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of Power BI desirable
- Valid driving licence (Permis B) for travel between Epernay and Oiry
