Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of water meters in cellars and ensure proper capture of measurement data
  • Develop dashboards to monitor water consumption for each cellar site
  • Analyse consumption data to map usage by process and operational phase
  • Identify high-consumption practices and production steps
  • Propose improvement actions and implement plans in collaboration with cellar managers and field teams
  • Evaluate the effects of implemented improvements and report findings to the oenology continuous improvement lead

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 programme (Engineering, Agri‑Agro engineering, Oenology, Master or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of oenology and unit operations/process engineering
  • Strong analytical rigour, synthesis skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of Power BI desirable
  • Valid driving licence (Permis B) for travel between Epernay and Oiry
