Moët & Chandon (Epernay) seeks a Cellar Continuous Improvement Intern for a 6‑month internship starting June 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of water meters in cellar facilities and ensure accurate capture and transmission of consumption data.
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor water use for each cellar site, consolidating data for operational teams.
- Map water consumption by process and production phase to identify high‑use steps and hotspots.
- Analyze consumption data to detect trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for reduction.
- Collaborate with cellar managers, technical services and environmental teams to propose and prioritise improvement actions.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented measures and prepare reporting for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) in engineering, agronomy/agro‑food engineering, oenology or equivalent.
- Fundamental knowledge of oenology and process engineering applied to winemaking.
- Strong analytical rigour, responsiveness and ability to synthesise technical information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and field teams.
- Driving licence (Permis B) required for travel between Epernay and Oiry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
