Moët Hennessy — Levallois-Perret: Category Management Assistant apprenticeship starting Sept 2026. Entry-level role in Off-Trade commercial category management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse market and retailer performance KPIs (distribution, velocity, volume projections) and produce actionable recommendations to drive growth.
- Support preparation and delivery of category business reviews for national retail clients, including competitive benchmarking, market analysis and innovation performance.
- Own and enhance the team’s KPI tracking tool — populate datasets, refine dashboards and improve forecast models throughout the apprenticeship.
- Contribute to category project work: design decision-support tools, build commercial presentations for internal stakeholders and the sales force, and participate in project rollout.
- Support commercial engagement: prepare client meeting materials, attend retailer trade shows and participate in field visits and in-store tours.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in the second year of a Master's programme with a specialisation in business, marketing, commercial management or engineering.
- Strong analytical aptitude, intellectual rigour and the ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to operate effectively within cross-functional, client-facing teams.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior exposure to grocery/large-scale retail (Grande Distribution) and distributor/consumer panels (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) is an advantage.

Entry-level apprenticeship — candidate should be about to commence the second year of a Master's. Ideally holds a first short-term experience or internship in large-scale retail or category/merchandising environments.
Education
Second-year Master's level (M2) in business, marketing, commercial engineering or a related discipline.
