Business Development Manager for Moët Hennessy in Dubai, leading luxury wines & spirits strategy for Integrated Resorts & Casinos channel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior on-trade decision makers including F&B leadership, head sommeliers, mixologists, procurement teams, and VIP program managers
  • Co-lead joint business planning processes with distributor partner MMI, including negotiations, A&P allocation, and investment optimization
  • Secure multi-year pouring agreements and visibility programs, maximizing portfolio availability and sales velocity across all resort touchpoints
  • Develop and manage the annual commercial and activation calendar, ensuring alignment across portfolio, channels, and S&OP commitments
  • Prepare briefs for Maisons (partner houses) for bespoke programs, activations, and visibility initiatives, serving as primary contact for project implementation
  • Build and execute tailored customer propositions across gaming floors, VIP lounges, suites, entertainment venues, and signature bars
  • Ensure best-in-class execution with clear direction on coverage, service model, forecasting, and stock availability
  • Partner with training teams to deliver premium service and innovative consumer experiences
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance tracking across distribution, visibility, volume, NSI, and market share objectives
  • Operate with strong compliance expertise within regulatory frameworks associated with casino and integrated resort operations
  • Collaborate with Maisons to secure A&P budgets and develop bespoke creative concepts
  • Act as brand ambassador, delivering staff training and managing tailored incentive programs
  • Actively contribute to the Moët Hennessy casino community, identifying market trends and competitive insights

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles, luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, or casino operations
  • Proven track record with reputable Integrated Resort brands such as Wynn, MGM, Venetian, or Marina Bay Sands
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with high-end customers and VIP-focused environments
  • Strong commercial acumen demonstrated in premium on-trade, hotel chains, nightlife groups, or luxury F&B sectors
  • Creative mindset capable of directing Maison teams toward bespoke, solution-oriented programming
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing, and persuasive selling skills with senior-level decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical capability with financial acumen and forecasting discipline
  • Experience with pre-opening hospitality operations preferred
