Moët Hennessy seeks Business Controlling Senior Analyst in Mexico City to lead FP&A, supply chain cost control, and financial performance analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop deep financial understanding of P&L profitability across multiple analytical levels including category, brand, product, channel, and customer segments
- Support preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans
- Consolidate and analyze financial inputs from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain departments
- Analyze budget versus actual variances and identify financial risks and opportunities
- Monitor OPEX accounts to ensure spending alignment with approved budgets and compliance with company policies
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to validate investments and evaluate return on investment
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership based on identified trends
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for Supply Chain operating expenses
- Monitor and analyze logistics, transportation, customs, warehousing, and distribution costs
- Oversee inventory valuation, provisions for slow-moving and obsolete stock, inventory reconciliations, and working capital performance
- Optimize reporting processes through automation using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, improve accuracy, and increase organizational agility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, finance, supply chain controlling, accounting, or similar roles
- Strong advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, financial modeling, and pivot table analysis
- Knowledge of financial statements and variance analysis
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in financial planning and analysis, finance, supply chain controlling, accounting, or equivalent roles, preferably within the luxury goods or consumer sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree in a related discipline is advantageous.
