Moët Hennessy hiring Business Controlling Senior Analyst in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico. Lead FP&A and supply chain finance with remote flexibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a finance partner for business performance, developing deep understanding of P&L profitability across multiple analytical dimensions (category, brand, product, channel, customer).
- Support preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Consolidate financial inputs from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Analyze budget versus actual variances, identifying risks and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Analyze cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities, monitoring OPEX accounts for spending alignment with approved budgets and company policies.
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to validate investments and evaluate return on investment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial trends and variance analysis.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for Supply Chain operating expenses.
- Monitor logistics, transportation, customs, warehousing, and distribution costs, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Oversee inventory valuation, provisions for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, inventory reconciliations, and working capital performance.
- Optimize reporting processes through automation using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, improve accuracy, and increase organizational agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, finance, supply chain controlling, accounting, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, financial modeling, and pivot table analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and variance analysis methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
- Advanced English language proficiency (written and verbal).

Experience
Minimum 5 years in financial planning and analysis, finance, supply chain controlling, accounting, or equivalent professional roles within a corporate or complex organizational environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
