Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Finance & Operations and Regional Senior Financial Controllers in tracking and analysing Travel Retail financial and operational performance.
- Perform monthly turnover and profitability analysis across markets and categories, including sales, expenses and margin drivers.
- Compile and analyse customer depletion (sell-out) data to monitor stock levels, distribution channels and channel mix.
- Participate in forecasting processes (Budget, Last Estimate, Risks & Opportunities) and contribute to regular reforecasts.
- Contribute to the development and modernisation of analytical tools and reporting frameworks.
- Prepare internal finance presentations for the Global Travel Retail Board and ad hoc analyses for the Financial Director.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- At least one prior internship or professional experience in finance, controlling or reporting; experience in wine & spirits or luxury retail is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Essbase, Power BI and Cognos is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to manage complexity and deliver under tight timelines.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in a compact, cross-functional finance team.
