Business Controller Assistant internship at Moët Hennessy Paris. Support Travel Retail finance team in financial analysis and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly analysis of turnover and profitability indicators across different markets and product categories
- Support analysis of sales, expenses, and profitability trends
- Prepare and analyze customer depletion (sell-out) reports to monitor stock levels, distribution channels, and channel mix
- Participate in forecast modeling phases including Budget, Last Estimate, and R&O preparations
- Contribute to the development and modernization of analytical and reporting tools
- Prepare internal presentations and supporting materials for the Global Travel Retail Board
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support to the Financial Director
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum one relevant experience in Finance, controlling, or reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of Essbase, Power BI, or Cognos considered a plus
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to manage complexity in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented approach and collaborative mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum one relevant professional experience in Finance, controlling, or reporting, ideally within the wine & spirits or luxury sector. Beginner-level overall experience.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Finance or a related financial discipline.
