Moët Hennessy Travel Retail internship in Paris: Business Controller Assistant supporting finance operations, financial analysis, and reporting across EMEA regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly analysis of turnover and profitability across different markets and product categories
- Assist in performance indicator analysis and reporting across regional markets (Europe, Africa, Middle East, India)
- Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and profitability metrics to support financial decision-making
- Analyze and report on customer depletions (sell-out) to optimize stock levels and distribution channel mix
- Participate in forecasting phases including budget modeling, Last Estimate, and Rolling & Outcome projections
- Contribute to the development and modernization of analytical financial tools and reporting infrastructure
- Prepare internal presentations and supporting materials for the Global Travel Retail Board
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support to the Financial Director and regional financial controllers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Finance or related field
- At least one relevant professional experience in finance, controlling, or financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to navigate complex analytical environments
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to work
Skills
Experience
Beginner level with at least one prior relevant experience in finance, controlling, or reporting; prior internship or project experience in wine & spirits or luxury sector strongly preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, accounting, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
