Moët Hennessy seeks a Business Analyst (VIE) in Taipei — entry-level FP&A role supporting reporting, forecasting and Power BI enhancements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly management reports aligned to sales and financial analysis.
  • Analyse performance versus forecast and prior year to identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support budgeting, sales forecasting, phasing and sales-channel performance analysis for key business milestones.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to track and monitor actual and year-to-go expenses; maintain standard financial reports in shared databases.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to support volume and revenue planning and perform P&L preparation for Private Client channel.
  • Manage wholesaler depletion processes: ensure data quality, perform sell-in/sell-out and stock reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies with wholesalers.
  • Administer commercial pricing, maintain trade price tables, update price lists and monitor exceptions across channels.
  • Operate and administrate the sales management tool, producing KPI reports and monitoring sales target achievement.
  • Administer contract lifecycle activities and Funds-to-the-Trade (FTT) processes including logging, tracking and settlement validation.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of MS Power BI tools for sell-in/sell-through/inventory and support system uploads during forecasting cycles.
  • Ensure internal control procedures are embedded and recommend process streamlining where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related business discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret sales and inventory signals.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator able to partner with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with BI and data-analysis tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Eligible candidates must meet the V.I.E. programme requirements (EU / EEA nationals).
