Business Analyst Intern (Commercial Insights) at Moët Hennessy, Hong Kong—six-month internship in commercial knowledge management and digital transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Attend commercial, sales, and project meetings to capture and maintain accurate records of discussions, decisions, and action items
  • Create structured meeting summaries and standardized documentation using templates
  • Build and maintain a searchable, centralized repository of commercial meeting knowledge accessible to stakeholders
  • Identify recurring themes, risks, opportunities, and business insights across meetings
  • Interview sales representatives, managers, and business stakeholders to understand current processes and workflows
  • Document sales processes, workflows, and operational procedures through process mapping and workflow diagrams
  • Identify operational challenges, inefficiencies, and information gaps within commercial teams
  • Support business requirement gathering and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate AI-assisted tools for meeting documentation and knowledge management effectiveness
  • Compare manually created outputs with AI-assisted outputs to assess quality and business value
  • Help identify areas where AI agents or automation may improve commercial team productivity
  • Document observations, lessons learned, risks, and recommendations regarding AI opportunities
  • Contribute to deliverables including standardized documentation templates, process maps, business challenge catalogue, and final project report

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management, Operations, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and note-taking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
