Moët Hennessy Travel Retail seeks a Business Analysis Intern for its Singapore office to support budgeting, financial analysis, business reporting, sales data, product listings, and invoice administration. This is a six-month, full-time internship running from October 2026 to March 2027, five days per week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain advertising and promotional spending records and track budget status.
  • Update financial performance data to support reviews of product and regional performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports by uploading data into dashboards such as Power BI, managing inventory and buying schedules, and tracking customer nationality trends.
  • Gather and organize sell-in and sell-out data and promotional plans to support sales forecasting and retail price monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate customer order templates and pricing agreements to support coordination across departments.
  • Prepare business proposals for duty-free airport and airline shops to introduce new products and expand the assortment.
  • Compile data and insights for regular commercial strategy meetings.
  • Track promotional gifts and tactical bundled packs to ensure timely production and shipment.
  • Create purchase orders for suppliers and marketing partners, and process invoices in Concur.
  • Prepare financial and promotional invoices by gathering receipts, supporting documents, and correct accounting codes (WBS) for manager review.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate with a background in Accounting and Finance.
  • Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time, projects, and processes efficiently.
  • Self-driven, meticulous team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in the luxury retail industry.
