Moët Hennessy Singapore seeks a Business Analysis Intern to support financial and commercial operations in luxury travel retail for six months (October 2026–March 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update advertising and promotional spending records to ensure accurate budget tracking
- Assist in analyzing financial performance data and pricing strategies to support profitability reviews
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports by uploading data into Power BI dashboards and tracking inventory schedules
- Gather and organize sell-in and sell-out data along with promotional plans for sales forecasting and retail price monitoring
- Maintain accuracy of customer order templates and pricing agreements across departments
- Support preparation of business proposals for duty-free airport and airline retail expansion
- Compile data and insights for commercial strategy and go-to-market meetings
- Track promotional gifts and bundled tactical packs to ensure timely production and shipment
- Create purchase orders for suppliers and marketing partners; process invoices using Concur
- Prepare financial and promotional documentation by organizing receipts and allocating accounting codes for management review
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student with background in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience; passion for luxury retail and keen interest in commercial operations preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree with focus on Accounting, Finance, or related quantitative discipline.
