Moët Hennessy Singapore seeks a six-month Business Analysis Intern in travel retail operations, focusing on financial reporting, data analysis, and commercial support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track advertising and promotional spending records to maintain budget visibility and financial accuracy
- Update financial performance data and profitability metrics to assess regional and product performance
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports, uploading data into Power BI dashboards and managing inventory tracking schedules
- Compile and organize sell-in and sell-out data alongside promotional plans to support sales forecasting and retail price monitoring
- Maintain accuracy of customer order templates and pricing agreements across departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare business proposals for duty-free airport and airline retail partners to introduce new products and expand assortment offerings
- Gather data and insights for commercial strategy meetings and go-to-market execution planning
- Track promotional gifts and bundled tactical packs from production through shipment to ensure timely delivery
- Create purchase orders for vendors and marketing partners, and process invoices within the Concur expense management system
- Compile financial documentation by organizing receipts, supporting documents, and accounting codes (WBS) for managerial review
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student with a background in Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail with capability to work efficiently and accurately across dynamic operational contexts
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in the luxury retail industry
