Moët Hennessy seeks a Marketing Intern in London, UK. Join the Hennessy Masterbrand team for a full-time hybrid internship supporting brand management, events, and digital activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Hennessy Masterbrand team in executing brand projects and sales-driving activities across on and off-trade channels
  • Provide active support and attendance at brand events throughout the year, including evenings and weekends
  • Assist with creating marketing copy and assets for both internal and external use
  • Manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) inventory, orders, and logistics for brand events and activations
  • Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices to ensure timely payments
  • Serve as key point of contact for sales and customers, tracking market information for business presentations
  • Develop and execute the yearly brand cultural infiltration calendar in collaboration with PR teams
  • Participate in agency meetings and lead provision of PR assets for external stakeholders
  • Manage the Hennessy Masterbrand activation calendar for retail partners including Harrods Boutique
  • Coordinate brand activations in department stores alongside brand and retail teams
  • Work with the Brand Manager and CRM manager to develop yearly CRM calendars
  • Lead creation of email briefs and digital assets for key brand moments
  • Support the Amazon brand store with creative direction, copy, and annual strategy

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Previous work experience or internship in Brand Management or Project Management (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Knowledge of the UK spirits industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the UK music scene (preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (preferred but not essential)
