Veuve Clicquot — Brand Marketing Intern in London: 12‑month internship supporting brand activations, events, PR and trade initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of 360° brand activations and events, acting as a key on-site assistant and supporting set-up when required.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with external agencies for campaign and event roll-outs, coordinating briefs for photographers, videographers and other suppliers.
  • Co-lead trade activations and brand visibility initiatives in-store and in on‑trade venues in partnership with sales and consumer engagement teams.
  • Support PR and brand campaign activity in collaboration with Communications & Culture and external PR agencies.
  • Manage POSM activities including order follow-up, stock and logistics coordination, local sourcing/creation and POSM forecasting against budget.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and sales-support tasks: collating monthly activation reports, responding to ad‑hoc sales requests and maintaining up‑to‑date brand information.
  • Support financial administration such as raising purchase orders, vendor setup requests and ensuring timely invoice/payment processing.

Qualifications

  • Previous internship or work experience in Brand Management, Project Management or PR required.
  • Demonstrable interest and knowledge of wines and champagne.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent).
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a 'can‑do' attitude and ability to take ownership.
  • Creative sensibility and ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.

Experience
