Moët Hennessy in Mumbai seeks a Brand Manager (Wines) to lead brand strategy, trade activations and digital campaigns for Chandon Wines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and contribute to comprehensive brand plans in partnership with the Marketing Manager, shaping ATL, BTL and experiential strategies.
  • Conceptualise and execute brand-led experiential events, PR initiatives and communication campaigns to elevate brand equity and consumer engagement.
  • Build and manage integrated PR and digital (social) plans with external agencies to achieve target audience reach and KPIs.
  • Plan and deliver scalable on-trade and off-trade promotions (hotels, restaurants, retail, airport duty free) and ensure best-in-class visibility and POS execution.
  • Oversee Promo Pack and POSM lifecycle — brief, ordering, shipment tracking and budget monitoring to meet maison deadlines.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales to assess customer activations against a pre-defined ROI matrix and recommend post-cycle optimisations.
  • Own A&P budget management, contribute to P&L objectives, monitor revenue and contribution targets, and recommend actions to accelerate portfolio performance.
  • Perform regular business and competitive analysis, prepare business review reports for regional/global stakeholders, and track distribution and pricing performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain and external partners to manage forecasting, supply issues and product classification for promotions and clearance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant brand marketing experience; 3–5 years preferred, ideally within FMCG, wines & spirits or luxury sectors.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Strategy or a related discipline from a recognised institute.
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrable understanding of RTM (route-to-market), trade channels and on-/off-trade dynamics.
  • Strong digital and social media literacy with experience of e-commerce touchpoints and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Proven capability to manage budgets (A&P), P&L awareness and evaluate ROI of activations.
  • Experience briefing and managing external agencies (events/activation, digital, PR, POSM).

Experience
