Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager in Taipei, Taiwan to lead local marketing, activations and A&P for a Maison within the North Asia cluster.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global Maison strategy into a localized annual brand plan with clear objectives, product pipeline proposals and long‑term brand building programmes.
  • Own master creative assets and messaging: develop local guidelines, playbooks and marketing materials to brief customer marketing teams and agencies.
  • Plan, oversee and execute ATL activations, product launches, events and PR initiatives, acting as Brand Guardian at consumer and media touchpoints.
  • Manage A&P budgets (ATL and selected BTL), set spending priorities, track financial engagement and monitor ROI against KPIs quarterly and annually.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Marketing and regional teams to interpret forecasts and drive value across the North Asia cluster.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies, PR partners and KOLs; amplify activations via digital platforms and secure positive media coverage.
  • Monitor brand performance through field visits, consumer intelligence, market trend analysis and qualitative trade feedback to inform actionable plans.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG with a proven record of campaign execution and product launches.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer behaviour, competitive landscape and channel dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, setting KPIs and monitoring ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and interpersonal skills across local, regional and global interfaces.
  • Fluency in the local language and English; additional languages highly desirable.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a matrix structure.

Experience
