Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager (12‑month maternity cover) in Sydney to lead Hennessy marketing, trade activation and launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare all aspects of the Brand Plan for approval, translating global Maison strategy into local market activity.
  • Deliver market-leading ATL and BTL promotional campaigns and trade activations to drive volume, share and brand desirability.
  • Lead trade activation and sales-cycle communications with Customer Marketing and Trade Marketing; review monthly effectiveness and recommend optimisations against KPIs.
  • Manage development, production and timely delivery of promo packs, POSM and launch materials in line with Maison deadlines and in‑market shipment dates.
  • Define pricing for new product launches in coordination with Sales and Finance; propose portfolio pricing strategies and channel allocations.
  • Partner with the Maison to shape the innovation agenda and local product development; build and execute launch plans.
  • Brief and manage external agencies (media, digital, events, PR) and act as the brand representative in-market.
  • Own A&P investments and project budgets (notably projects > AUD 5K), monitor spend versus plan and submit budget approvals with contingency planning.
  • Prepare monthly brand reports (depletions by channel/quality group, competitor analysis, scan data) and present findings in WIP and business review meetings.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to review forecasts, resolve supply issues and manage clearance, limited editions and stock classification.

Qualifications

  • Marketing degree or business degree with marketing electives.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian language(s) advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience with proven ATL and BTL execution.
  • Previous experience in luxury goods and/or wine & spirits preferred; exposure to a sales environment desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable numerical and analytical capability.

Experience
